Everything we create at Lovey-Dovey Land is made with lots of dedication and care. Therefore, we do not accept any returns or refunds. But we are dedicated to ensuring your order is exactly what you expected. If you receive a damaged item, we will be happy to replace your item free of charge. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will refund the cost you paid for shipping. Please send us the damaged item right away. Upon receiving your item, we will ship you another one within 1-2 weeks.
